How do I connect to the Wi-Fi ?

The Wi-Fi network login details are provided by us to all of our clients when you join The Business Bar. If for any reason you need the details again please see our on-site Staff who are always happy to assist.

Can I have mail and packages delivered to the Business Bar location?

Yes you can, however this service is exclusive to VIP clients. For more information on VIP client services please see here

How do I book a conference room? How do I check if it is available?

The conference room can be booked through our on-site Staff and requires prepayment. You will receive a payment link prior to receiving a reservation confirmation. The payment is non-refundable, however it is possible to change date/time of your reservation depending on availability.

How do I print and scan? What are the fees?

The Business Bar has a printer and scanner available on the premises. The price for printing in black & white is €0.05 per page, while printing in colour costs €0.50 per page. Scanning comes at no cost.

If you require professional printing services please contact our on-site Staff and they will provide you with directions to some of the nearby printing locations.

When can I access a location?

Our working hours are Monday-Friday 8.00-20.00. However if you are renting VIP desk(s) you will be provided with a code which gives you and your team 24 hour access to The Business Bar.

What is The Business Bar’s cancellation policy?

We require a written confirmation of cancelation for all VIP desks.

Hot desk and Cubicle bookings can be canceled on the day.

What is the pet policy?

Pets are not allowed on The Business Bar’s premises.

How do I get invoiced?

All of our Invoices are paperless. You will receive a file (.pdf) to the email address that you provided us with when signing up. 

Are children alowed on the premises?

Children are not allowed on The Business Bar’s premises.

How do I get charged?

You can pay either by cash, credit card or through a payment link. Bank transfer payments are available only for VIP clients. For more information on VIP client services please see here
